--a new music chart website

- The Site: How is this website different from all the other music chart websites out there? Well, the biggest difference is that my site lets you download pre-formatted charts (msword docs) designed to save time when learning a new tune, and get right to pickin’ when teaching a potential jambuster tune to friends. http://www.dhmusiccharts.net/Home/Chart/CityOfNewOrleans

- Charts: The next big difference with other sites is the formatting of charts. Each downloaded chart is a word doc with the chord progressions at the top of the page, in a key as well as Nashville Numbers, and formatted to show bars per line, 2/4 bars, etc. The lyrics are in the biggest font possible that lets them all print out on one page (for most tunes).

- Usage: In the bottom right of each chart page is a Download link. Click Download and save the .zip file to your hard drive, unzip it, open the word doc, hit print, put the chart in a notebook, and get over to Sweet Lou’s.

- MailingList: a couple of times a year I send out an email with a list of new charts, and charts where I fixed a chord progression or lyric, so if you want to be added to the mailing list, send an email to admin@dhmusiccharts.com.
